Those "nifty" carts are teh suxorz!
Their wireless connection has a weak antenna and if you stand in the wrong place it will drop signal. They hardware (on ours) suffered from thermal issues freequently, and the Drs/Nurses/Patients couldnt just roll them out of the way when they needed by, the would kick/shove it out of the way and I spent more time repairing them then doing anything else.
