Maybe it does, will not even TRY to install it (flash and acrobatreader keep asking to "install the update", but on this locked-down company thing it won't let me.
It will again claim it needs "administrator" rights to do so.
In fact, everything that is able to install itself "for this user" seems to work, but neither flash installer nor this acrobatreader-updater seem to understand that concept.
Well, quicktime refused to install "for this user" as well.

As for macromedia: their "shockwave" plugin works ...
