I can't figure out if you just like getting attention here for being the downtrodden wife, being cheated on by a smarmy self-righteous husband, or if you're really this dumb.
Get a lawyer, file for divorce and move on with your life already. If you really need a PI, the lawyer can help you with that, but it sounds like you already have loads of documentation. The lawyer can tell you. That's what they're for. Let the cheater pay for the 'financial issues', and child support to boot.
