handle that. "Someone" told her the machines need $800 worth of upgrades in order to change the ISP. Most likely bs, but she is so completely bereft of computer knowledge/understanding/experience/talent/braincells/etc that she'd just hurt herself worse by trying to use them. Plus, she's the queen of gullible, so she'll get taken much worse if she doesn't unload them.
