I have spoken to many nationalities in the past few months and technical cluelessness seems to have no relationship with nationality nor with whether the language you're working in is your first. Quebecoise users I could handle. You don't type the word underscore, you hold down the shift key and press the trait d'union. That gives you the underscore character. Whoever thought those 15 minutes I was awake during French lessons could be useful?
