The fastest way to a man's heart is actually to take a long knife and come at it from under the rib cage. If you try to poke through the chest it's likely that your knife will be deflected by a rib or two...

Actually, I guess if you make it between two ribs, the chest is probably faster, but the other way is more reliable. :)
