From seeing a similar situation with a friend you will have to give him time to get "comfortable" again and relax before you will see him do what he was doing before and be able to do something about it that way. If you wait long enough he will probably give the information to you unintentionally. The fact that he lets her do the whole eBay thing and then "accidentally" buys things on her account would bother me too. You probably won't but make sure you don't change anything to her account on eBay as that will make you look guilty and make you the "Bad person." To a point there really is no way to come out of this looking good if he decided to out wait you on leaving. If he wants to make this your fault...he will... and there is really nothing you can do to change that if he is determined to make it your fault. The question still is something only you can decide. Is staying worth the stress, both physically and emotionally, for you and your children to stay.
