I haven't caught any of your other posts about your situation, but if you've told the guy to leave and he won't, it's a legal matter.
What you need is a good divorce attorney or the help of a divorce support group for women. They will be able to give you advice and support for getting this a7 out of your life.
My first recommendation is to record everything he's done on ebay/PayPal. He's already provided you with a smoking gun of his involvement with the b5. Same with the merchandise that arrives at your house that was purchased through her account. Record EVERYTHING!!
You shouldn't be held prisoner in this situation simply because the guy refuses to go. As long as he knows you won't force him to leave because of his influence on your finances, he can keep you locked up indefinitely. The status quo works in his favor and against you and he'll continue to exploit it, and you, as long as nothing changes.
Again, it should be a simple matter of legal procedure. IANAL, but once you file for divorce, the end of your involvement with him should legally begin at that point. Please check into the divorce support groups. I'm sure there are a number of groups out there who can help you find legal representation and get you headed in the right direction.
