When you have the Gold Support queue number and it still takes an hour for them to pick up.

*hates to think what the "normal" users go through*

Gold Support, Next Business day onsite warranty support stuff, with Dell. I always schedule at least 2 hours and a conference call. (As they ALWAYS want to talk to the user)
