play with medical equipment. Or totally fail to think about consequences. I would guess, guess mind you, that he has been an annoyance to the people around him for most of his life. And that his mother has always written it off as 'boys will be boys.' I do admire the fact that he is not contesting the charge. And maybe finally getting disciplined will change his thoughtless ways.
