Their desktop support Is pretty bad but has gotten better since they have moved quite a bit of it back to the states (and I can't believe I am saying that...x.x) I have rarely had a problem with their server support but when I did I had to move hevan and earth to get things taken care of. Good luck!! P.S. I STILL don't have a backordered processor fan for the processor "all inclusive kit" I bought 4 months ago...cause "they are not made anymore" even though they have 500,000,000 of them in stock at the repair depot and can't sell it to us in case they need it to replace one....grrrrr
