I'm not defending his actions. The act itself was willful, even after he was warned at least twice. Just saying that the outcome was not his intent.
He's a "good kid" as in he meant no harm. But yeah, he's a moron. And he'll serve his time for it. The one good thing in this story is that he plead no contest. He's facing up to what he did, and he'll serve his time.
And I'm not saying that makes everything right. Like the sister said, "They're crying because he's going to jail, but my sister's not coming back." |
