| I particularly like the Summer Rolls and the Pho at Pho Tan Tan Rex, it's a mile or so inside I-285 on Buford Hwy. If you're new to Vietnamese try the Bun Tom Thit Nuong, even my 6-year-old loves that dish.
There are plenty of other Asian and Latin treats on Buford Highway if Vietnamese isn't your thing. The Havana Sandwich Shop further south at North Druid Hills Rd. makes a great Cuban and black bean soup.
For touristy entertainment options, there is the Georgia Aquarium, right next to Centennial Olympic Park.
Have fun in and around Atlanta. The locals really are friendly, just ignore the ones who are still flying confederate battle flags and pretending evolution doesn't happen.
