two core network switches on our LAN that was rebooted this evening, and your box didn't detect when the network came back, then feel free to blame our networking group :) Seriously, apparently the admin password on one of our core switches became corrupted and they couldn't log into it anymore. They had to reset the switch to factory defaults and then reload the configs to restore it to service. shrugs -- merlin
