Also, is it bottled or tap? If bottled, do be sure to vigoriously swish the last inch or so inside to bottle to get any yeast that might be clumping to the bottle (as well as a good head for the beer). Paulaner from the tap is my favorite. If it has to be bottled I'll go with Fürstenburg. Widmer makes an American one that isn't bad.
