The Company™ accepts no responsibility in or liability to damage to the Product™, the licensee's property, or any third party property, furthermore extending to any injury and/or death that may occur to the licensee, the licensee's colleages/accomplices/co-conspirators or any representative of the licensee, the subjects upon which the Product™ is applied, or any bystanders, should this product be used in any way for World Domination purposes. This extends, but is not limited to, the photography of exceedingly cute animals of the order Felis Domesticas*.
