Once you've decided what a minimum is:
At the back of KODT they have a place for classifieds called "Weird Pete's Bulletin Board" so you can put a dead-tree advance warning to collectors. Also, I bet "Games Magazine" has the same type of thing.

After all: you may have a very rare item, but how many people are going to search for it on the precise week you offer it up for sale? So an ad or two that boost awareness might help.
