what I'm trying to do is not an audition. I found a person who I'd like to act in the movie. Thus audition is over so to speak, except the question remains: can I get the person or not. If I say 10am Monday morning, the person may be busy at that time. What I did is ask the person "when can you make it ? " Maybe I can instead say, "a good time for me is 10am Monday. What's a good time for you ? "
