...HP has been really good to me, but I've only ever had to call them once.

When I had problems with Dells, they were pretty good with sending a tech out to fix the problems.

OTOH: I had just purchased 12 brand new Dell towers and I had to jump through hoops to get extra drive rails. I needed to send the systems out with 2 removable HDD's in them. It literally took months. I took the rails from half the systems and sent the systems out. I had six systems sitting on my desk waiting for rails for over 4 months. By the time I got the rails, I had another sixteen systems which took four more months to get rails for.

So I say go with HP.
