well there indeed can be tons of reasons or possibilities of what's actually happening. Understanding people is difficult. I guess I can try asking the person directly what's going on, but without hoping for an honest clear answer, if any answer at all. But what I can try doing I guess is getting me to move on, rather than waiting for the person indefinitely. That's why I think a deadline is a good idea here. I can then safely conclude that the person is not interested at this time and try to find someone else. But the bigger question is .. I've tried it 3 or so times now, and so far no one seems to be interested. I wonder if I'm not presenting what I need done correctly or do I need to just keep looking as it can be just a matter of numbers. Maybe it's too soon to say.
