Orphans of the storm is based in Riverwoods area (I think it is on sanders rd). The mall location is probably a secondary facility. My wife's grandma just adopted a beagle from there a few months ago. She named the beagle Snoopy of course. :) We get to meet Snoopy on Christmas.

My guess is that since OoTS is a non-profit, the mall is donating the space to them so they get a tax right off. It also fills the the space with something that will draw shoppers in to their other stores which makes their other leasees happy.
