I once had to call for an order the just decided to cancel out of the blue and it took me a couple of hours to get somebody on the phone who could do anything about it. Yet, the Axim 50v that I own is a really good piece of hardware. I would definitely go for it. My family owns 3 Axims and we have never had a problem with any of them.
