Your thoughts on Dell's & HP's service & support. by snate 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Regarding this.
This will be my last post on this.
I just would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about their service and support at the moment.
I would like to either go to the store after work today and buy the HP or order the Dell today so I may get in time for Christmas or at least before I go to Canada on the 27th or 28th. I also don't know how long the reduced price on the Dell will last.

Dell's service and support has been rated well in the past but I have also heard bad stories about them at the same time.
I don't know as much about HP's service and support and they have gone through a whole lot of changes recently so that makes it more complicated.

Thanks
