Fresh ones have the smell of flowers and women (generally ;-D) like the smell. Many of the women I have dated like to dry the flowers and keep them around as a display on a table etc. Remember these are only suggestions, you know her better than I do and would have a better idea of what she likes than I would but flowers should get the idea across that you are interested in something more than frinedship OR at least get you a hug and let you know what she thinks of you. Note: If you do this, be prepared for some questions from her and have a good idea as to what you are going to say. The discussion may not happen right then but may happen in the near future as things head down that road. How you, and she, handle that discussion will decide how things go as far as "dating" more than this. This will let you know if you stand a chance though :)
