Around here with the booming housing all the builders are absolutely refusing to place any such clauses. You so much as mention it and they point to the door. That would explain why new house starts have complete dates at least a year out, and from what I've heard they have been averaging another 3-6 months late. Hence the reason I'm not building... :(
