We DO NOT chase for info. One follow up, count it...ONE (UNO!). After that, it's all up to them. They don't give us the info, we do not do the work. We have standard 24 hours/Next Business day for all normal requests. Of course, that doesn't start until we actually HAVE all the requested information. Sweet deal. Red
