"Shocking" Study about U.S. Media Bias by DesertRat662006-11-19 12:55:59
Former President Eisenhower by tompaine 2005-12-19 08:46:09
. . . a Republican, would be almost a commie by the standrds that the study is using.
The basic problem is that the left is almost gone and the "center" is so right wing in these studies that it's really scary.
Consider former President Clinton - a moderate Southern Democrat is being bashed as the example of liberalism.
Former Governer Nelson Rockefeller (yup - of the bizillionaire Rockefeller dynasty) - a New York Republican would be considered a dirty leftie today.
Those news media considerd "liberal" are reporting what is happening.
Fox news reports whatever the Bush administration wants them to.
When did being against violation of article II Section 8 of the Constitution become "liberal"?
Since when did opposing spying on US citizens become "liberal?
What changed that made "nation-building" "conservatice"?

Bush has an answer for all of these - 9/11!
In the spirit of the season, Bah! Humbug!
