the error message on the screen, was (s)he ? Well, if it'd had been "General Protection Failure" or something, support wouldn't be blaming the user for not being specific. Oh, you aren't, you're blaming M$ ? Fine to me, but they will only pile it up, untill they have a mountain of blame high enough to have snow in winter time, then they can put a skiing skin on it and sell, no rent it as well.
