there are consequences to inappropriate actions. Status "should" not have anything to do with this, proper behavior does. I know many people who are mid-lower to Low financially and they CHOOSE to not act like triler trash. It is a choice and the sooner that people are shown that they have consequences for acting inapropriately the sooner the police will not have as much trouble with them later in life. Accountability is something sorely lacking in the U.S. children
