there are consequences to inappropriate actions. Status "should" not have anything to do with this, proper behavior does. I know many people who are mid-lower to Low financially and they *CHOOSE* to not act like triler trash. It is a choice and the sooner that people are shown that they have consequences for acting inapropriately the sooner the police will not have as much trouble with them later in life.
