I hang my coat up, logon to my computer, pull up email, and I read the following: I apparently do not have Access on my computer which I need. Can someone install it today? Thanks And I start mentally ranting about "Access to what? Why can't these lusers provide some detail in these emails? Am I supposed to be a mind reader? How in the heck can I be expected to know . . . lightbulb . . . Oh . . . nevermind. sigh
