Having a helmet and the right gear makes all the difference. :) If you are looking for a new jacket I just got one of these and they come in several varieties so that you can ride them with a crusier or a speed bike. The main plus of it is that it is only about $100.00 U.S. jacket type clickey The other nice thing is that it is waterproof and has a zipper join in the back for the pants to go with it. Both are armored but don't look too bulky.
