| OUCH, I just crash-tested myself :( |

The bike fell onto it's left hand side, and I rolled over my shoulder and ended up sliding down the road head first on my back and the bike was pirrouetting along a few yards ahead of me.
Damage to me : incredibly stiff shoulder, grazed shin.
Damage to bike: Abstract redesigned gear-lever (fixed already with the aid of Big Hammer 2.4) Ex-Shiny Exhaust guard now resembling a file (as it was main thing that the bike was spinning around on, several times), and the wrap-around hand guards are a little lop-sided.
Peripherals: I'm pretty damn certain that the jacket's not waterproof anymore, due to the gaping hole in the arm. But my boots (hand-made to order) are luckily in perfect condition... and I needed a new helmet anyway.
Mood: GRRR.
The worst part was that i slid along the grass verge next to the road... and it was severely bumpy. I had a few seconds fearing broken bones, but managed to practice my rag-doll impression and came off relatively fine.
