When I'd ask them for the jack#s on the CAT5 and phone ports. I got a few of them trained properly by the time I left that place, but yeah, I was the harbinger of bad news for many a moves... "I'm sorry, since you don't have the complete information, I can't submit this move order to the desktop team." And when they finally got it... "I'm sorry, but move orders must be submitted at least 42 business hours in advance. "
