It took a long time for me to learn even how to do that. especaialy considering how that tutorial isnt a tutorial persay. a tutorial places out the steps in order so that they make sense to someone who doesnt KNOW how to do the task. This is a tutorial type the left pointing arrow < "a" space href =" then after the quotation marks place the full url then a second quotation mark. after the second set of quotation marks place a right arrow as shown here:> then either a word or description of the link. Now after your word or description of the link type another left ponting arrow like so < after this arrow type /a and a rght facing arrow.
