Personally, the hottest wings I've ever had were Blazin' Wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. A bit strong with the Habanero pepper taste, but they're good, and hot enough to give me pause. The sauce burns everything it touches: fingers, lips, gums, tongue, throat, etc. Contact lenses are a bad idea unless you wear gloves or plan on keeping them in for a few days without cleaning or adjusting them. Pretty good stuff.
