not controversy. If his course was to study the differences between ID and science and the in's and out's of the debate as a whole, I'd agree with you. But it's pretty clear that he's created the course to tweak the nose of the "fundies" and the email that he wrote states that pretty clearly. The university is not his private megaphone. I, for one, am not comfortable with my Kansas tax dollars paying for people to grind their own personal axes.
