It's as if, because they _always_ behave like this, that it's perfectly fine for them, but if others do this then _they_ are rude. Hmmm... don't want to get onto a rant about double standards (opps starting to look like I already am - apols), but that's exactly what it is... just because someone behaves badly all the time doesn't make it right/stop it being impolite. g_m.
