selling a product that does something we already have a solution for. I tell here we don't need it. She presses on, and I tell her we already have $brand_x and it does the same thing. Undaunted, she's still trying to sell. And one of her points was, "They're on version 5, and we're on version 7.1." o.O Keep in mind these are different products. Comparing version numbers across products is meaningless.
