I'm also lookin at the 6600 card as the 6800 is out of my price range (SO would never let me hear the end of spending $300 on *ONE* part)
I'd say for you and your gaming, get more/faster RAM and the AGP card.
one thing also is with a new MOBO, CPU and PCI-E card, your pc2700 ram existing may not go into the new board, just a thought.
my intent is to get 2x1GB sticks of pc3500 and the AGP geforce 6600 and I"ll be set for all the games I play.
