If you can *see* the water, you could try bailing it out.
When it gets too shallow for bailing, you might try soaking it out with some old towels/rags.
But even these won't get *all* the water.
(You'd probably have to remove the drum to get at the rest~ and even then, the pump will probably still have some in it.)
