If you have a floor drain near, remove the front panel. You should be able to take the top panel off easily, and the screws attaching the front will then be accessible. Most washers are built this way for ease of servicing.
You should then be able to get at the hoses which move water in and out of the machine. At the bottom of the tub, find the drain hose. It'll be held in place with a screw-type or spring-tension hose clamp.
Take the clamp off, work the hose off the nipple, and prepare for a deluge! If you can quickly mate it to another hose, to guide the water towards the drain, all the better.
