.. I'm increasingly of the mind that people who just start talking over the top when someone else is speaking, are completely rude and discourteous.
I have this problem here at w*rk... I've been working with the person for years now and since I stopped sharing an office with them I'm constantly amazed that they are still breathing and I'm not in prison for murder.
They claim that they "were just thinking out loud" or some other, a-hem *rhubarb*. No, you were just interupting me and cutting me off, now how about you stfu and let me finish, as invariably you've come to me for advice and then proceed to talk right over anything I have to say.
