The close of another trip... by LthrOttr 2005-11-29 08:08:23
I'll fly back to Oakland from Toronto this evening. Has been a good trip, even counting freezing my mustache to my beard while walking in the snow squall Thursday night on the way to a reception. Saw the movie "Rent" last night, and we were pleased.

I hate leaving, and I really wish I could have avoided today, as the annual "last-day-of-trip-after-US-Thanksgiving" ritual is now going on. I'm telecommuting, sitting on one side of the dining table with my laptop. Hubby is on the other side feverishly addressing Christmas cards for me to write in/sign before I leave. I hate doing Christmas cards.
