Overkill ? by klaranth2006-11-19 12:55:59
  I can understand this... by ricochetv1 2005-11-29 04:48:15
to a point... Statistics show that most child molesters are men.
Chances are, especially if it's a small kid, he/she will most likely have to go to the bathroom at some point, and who is the kid most likely going to ask? May not know to call a stewerdess, and ask him to help him to the bathroom.
chances are, the person sitting next to the kid will be an honest person and help him, or at least, call the stewardess for him/her, but you never know...
Personally, I would have chosen to err on the side of caution. I would also not let women sit next to the kids, and give the kids a special pager that would call the stewardesses on a priority kind of basis.
