Been there. What does not kill you makes you stronger... You'll be very strong! Once I worked qotdsubmit at this domain>here back when v.90 modems were cutting edge, and one day I get a call: [customor]: ...so I bought a modem a your shop... [me]: Good, it's a good modem... [c]: but it doesn't work! [m]: is it connected properly to the phone line? [c]: yup! I followed the instructions... [m]: Excellent! what OS are you running? [c]: huh? ... Sony I'd guess... [m]: I think Sony is the make og your monitor... What computer do you have? PC or MAC? [c]: I don't have a computer, it's hooked to the tv, AND IT DOESN'T BLODDY WORK! [m] .............err... it turns out that he had a DB9 connector on the back of his tv, and had put the driver cd in his stereo CD deck.... He got a full refund. I did NOT want to support that setup!
