My V3 came with a CD with some kind of Phone Tools and a (seems to be modified) USB A -> B cable. The software wouldn't let me change categories in the entries so I had to modify each one on the phone again but at least it was an easy way to get the bigger part of the work done. Isn't there something downloadable on the Motorola homepage?
