That 'll take away the internet access, no? From ALL of the computers in the network. Oh, you still want the mail, the VOIP, the streaming ... What if you just block "http" connections o the firewall ? Of course, blocking that will block "web-mail" as well, so no more google mail, yahoo mail (someone cares for msn-based mail?)
