afirmative action is not a moral policy, however it is a policy designed to prevent immoral actions that are/were indemic in some circles/fields.

i did not say that it was a moral policy (or if i did i was confuddled)

incidentally being discriminatory about funding discriminatory orginizations is inhereently discriminitory so the whole thing gets a bit moot if you put it into such blindly absolute terms.

i did not say no discrimination no matter what no matter where.

imho if a person only want's to hire purple monkeys to do something that's fine, but they should not be allowed gvt contracts to do that service if the gvt prohibits discriminating against blue monkeys in it's own policies. that make sence? as soon as the gvt allows something by association it allows it for itself.
