...on discrimination in hiring thus far. No discrimination no matter what, no matter where, but you acknowledge affirmative action as necessary in some areas? In a previous post you described discrimination as immoral, right?

In my personal code of ethics, if something is immoral, it's immoral all the way through. You can't credibly call SA's employment discrimination as immoral and let affirmative action stand. After all, if all that matters is the ability to do the job...why do you need lower entrance exam scores for universities or lower requirements for women and minorities in certain occupations and promotion exams?
