unjust has a back handed environmental/minnesota joke in his diary. to be fair, most right wingers see it as an attack on red states, which i see as only fair as red states have a stistically lower level of education and are therefore likely to miss subtle humor imho. (nb: the above should be read in the light hearted manner in which it was intended, and mn's environmental water quality issues actually turn the water green instead of red, but that's beside the point)

and i agree that the judge was right to rule as he did, i'm not trying to argue about the ethics of a religious org's internal functions, i'm arguing against the federal gvt giving them $$ to support those internal functions, a point which seems to be eluding you like a mouse with a dead cat.
